Necklace : When selecting a necklace for your bridesmaid dress, less is more. Simple chains or strings of pearls work well. A chain or string of small beads with a simple pendant may also work. You have to consider the dress, the style and what the bride is wearing (you don’t want to out dress the bride!). Your best bet with necklaces is to stay away from large, chunky jewelry and keep it simple.
On the surface it doesn’t seem it would have anything to do with self confidence or state of being, but when you really think about it, doesn’t wearing beautiful jewelry, like a nice bracelet or an eye catching necklace and earring set give you more confidence and doesn’t it uplift your state of being when people compliment you on them? Doesn’t that compliment linger in your mind for a while and make you tickle inside? You see?!
