Necklace : When selecting a necklace for your bridesmaid dress, less is more. Simple chains or strings of pearls work well. A chain or string of small beads with a simple pendant may also work. You have to consider the dress, the style and what the bride is wearing (you don’t want to out dress the bride!). Your best bet with necklaces is to stay away from large, chunky jewelry and keep it simple.
Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion has to do with ideas of putting on jewels and other accessories to get the eyes on you. There’s this saying, women can wear the new dress every day and look new every day. And if you are a solid supporter of this adage, then you also think every new dress needs some accessories to make your look stand out. So to find the relative accessories, let’s talk about precious bags first, that each of you craves for.
Start by looking through bridal and hair magazines. Visit the bridal fashion shows in your city. Check different bridal websites for inspiration. Next, when you meet with your hair stylist, bring pictures or an idea of what you are looking for. Decide if you want to wear hair accessories with jewelry or without. If your gown is very detailed and designed with a high neckline, you may consider an up-do or partial up-do with small hair accessories like a pearl floral pin or comb so as not to detract from the dress.
On the surface it doesn’t seem it would have anything to do with self confidence or state of being, but when you really think about it, doesn’t wearing beautiful jewelry, like a nice bracelet or an eye catching necklace and earring set give you more confidence and doesn’t it uplift your state of being when people compliment you on them? Doesn’t that compliment linger in your mind for a while and make you tickle inside? You see?!
